Caroline Schneppenheim, has been a successful Executive Coach & Interculturalist in the English-speaking business world for the last 26 years. After studying International Business at the University of Cambridge, UK (Master of International Business), Caroline Schneppenheim, completed a post-graduate Master’s degree in Intercultural Management and Communication at the University of Cambridge, UK (Master of Intercultural Management).
In addition, she has become an “Executive Coach”, has been certified modular leadership training “Leadership SVF” and, together she develops the successful leadership simulation “Reality Training LEAD”. Afterwards, she became a systemic-solution-oriented business coach for the communication and conflict management trainer, “Creative Communication Consultant (DE)” and a coach for stress management.
Finally, she completed her training in “Systemic Concepts for Organizational Consulting, Coaching and Personality Development” in Soft-Skills-Training International Leadership (Harvard Negotiation, Cambridge University of England), Personnel Leadership (LMI) and didactics.
